1. Using Poolday
You may use Poolday to run your business website, marketing, and customer messaging. You agree to use it lawfully and to keep your account secure.
2. Your account
You are responsible for the activity on your account and for the accuracy of the information you provide. Tell us right away if you suspect any unauthorized use.
3. Plans and billing
Paid plans are billed monthly in advance, plus a one time activation fee on your first month. Prices are shown on our pricing page and may change with notice.
4. Free preview and guarantee
You can start with a free website preview. Paid plans are backed by a 30 day money back guarantee as described at sign up.
5. Your content
You keep ownership of the content and brand materials you provide. You grant Poolday permission to use them to build and run your website and marketing.
6. Approvals and sending
Messages that reach your customers wait for your approval by default. You are responsible for the content you approve and for following the laws that apply to your business.
7. Cancellation
You can cancel anytime. When you cancel, your subscription ends at the close of your current billing period.
